Education – Ryazan Higher Airborne Command School named after General of the Army V.F. Margelov graduated in 1983.

Since 1987 – Senior Engineer STC (Scientific and Technical Committee) to develop heavy airborne equipment. Since 1994, led the development, testing and practical application of drop equipment in the interests of different customers (the UN, the Emergency Situations Ministry, Russian Antarctic Expedition and the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute) in different regions of the world (Africa, North and South poles, Yakutia).

Education – Kharkiv Radio Engineering Academy named after Marshal L.Govorov graduated in 1967.

Since 1975 – member of the STC (Scientific and Technical Committee) to develop heavy airborne equipment. Since 1988, led the development, testing and practical application of drop equipment in the interests of different customers (the UN, the Emergency Situations Ministry, Russian Antarctic Expedition and the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute) in different regions of the world (Africa, North and South poles, Yakutia).

Boytsov Sergey Viktorovich – was born in the city of Kstovo Nizhny Novgorod region March 25, 1968.

Education – Gorky Higher Military Construction Command School finished in 1989.

Since 1995, engaged in testing and practical application of drop equipment in the interests of different customers (the UN, the Emergency Situations Ministry, Russian Antarctic Expedition and the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute) in different regions of the world (Africa, North and South poles, Yakutia).
